1st of all an Englishman will either say or write "Shameless women are worst than beast" or " A shameless womAn is worst than beast"
one who says or writes "A shameless womEn is worst than beast" is not an educated englishman for sure.
Secondly the saying goes the same for men as well. A shameless man is not better than a beast too.
& in last , if i will have a choice to save an Englishman or a "shameless woman,I will save the "shameless women". For me the englishman is the worst.
