I think that the people who like to chat everyday or like to get something from others, even those persons who like to make new friends on internet, i can name them as INTERNET PROSTITUTES. This habit also could be known as INTERNET PROSTITUTIONISM, infact if there is exchange of some useful than its ok but i observe 90 percent males and female come in above mentioned catagory. Who have no work but sitting and make unuseful talk, sometimes this habit give a big loss even in their personal life. Understand who must be understand it.
